It's good to see there is a little common sense out there. Not extending the deadline would have a negative effect on future buyers should there ever be another credit or like program.

I do not think the deadline should be extended. It will be an open invitation for more fraud in the real estate business.

There appears to be conflicting stories about the closing extension. I read an article yesterday that said it still had to be approved by the House.
