Hey batter, batter! Nothing says summer better than a hotdog (or two), some peanuts, and America's favorite pastime...baseball! Pensacola is a community oriented city and our local professional team, the Pensacola Pelicans, provides us yet another opportunity to get together to enjoy a great game with great friends.
The Pelicans home field is located on the University of West Florida campus in North Pensacola, just off Nine Mile Road. The Pelicans will be playing home games June 21st through the 27th beginning at 6:45pm each evening, starting with a battle against Shreveport-Bossier. Monday is also Mutt Monday, which means you can bring your favorite canine friend along with you (on a leash, of course) to enjoy the game!
Tickets for the game can be purchased online or at the game for $8 general admission for adults and FREE for kids ages 4 and under. Group rates, seasonal and premium ticket prices, as well the season schedule can all be found on the team's website at www.pensacolapelicans.com .
