Not sure how many on-site agents we have here in the network, but USA Today published an interesting article earlier today about the decline in new home prices (almost 10% since 2005, the biggest drop in 35 years).

More than just great rates
Maybe the media should start talking about some of the positive things like" This is a great time to buy a home with prices down slightly and interest rates still at a all time low" They should encourage buying now instaed of making everyone thing the real estate market is crashing!
