Since 1983 I have sponsored the Mooers Realty little league team and enjoyed years of fun with my own four kids going up thru the ranks and now hoot, holler for other Maine local community baseball players.
There is something about having a busy real estate day in Maine and then throwing on shorts, a t-shirt and grabbing your glove to help the team.
Tonight after setting up for the Northern Maine Soap Box Derby track and this weekends race, was able to hit a championship game of the Mooers Realty little league team.
All the kids have personalities, skills, fun and humor that make the team each year unique, special.
Little league sunset and weekend games in small towns thru out Maine are just one summer past time.
In Houlton Maine besides setting up the soap box derby track, and taking in this game the Mooers Realty little league team won, McGill's Band was playing in the park. Whoever said not much to do in a small town has not been to Houlton Maine.

Taking images of something other the Maine homes, apartment houses, farms, land or small business listings. Lucky, grateful to be able to share the fun of a championship little league game tonight in Houlton Maine.
I'm Maine REALTOR Andrew Mooers
