I'm with you...I have enjoyed living in Ruskin, Florida for 11+ years.  Ruskin has the small town atmosphere with so many ammenities.  Tampa Bay is right here for swimming, boating, fishing at Simmons Park which is at the end of W 19th St.  Just turn at the McDonald's towards the bay and go to the end of the road.  I live on a canal and it was so neat to see a mother Manatee and two calves right at our dock 2 days ago.  Today the mullet were jumping while we were replacing our dock.  The weather here is unbeatable... such clear, bright sunshine, but going down into the 60s at night.  Right now at 3:30 pm in the afternoon it is 77 degrees.  There are several other parks close to Ruskin that have observation decks on the River or the Ruskin Inlet, and plenty of boat ramps (at least 7).  The Little Manatee River flows into Tampa Bay and we all know that connects straight to the Gulf of Mexico.

Are you looking for a home in Florida where there are all the ammenities and great weather, not too hot or cold?  Ruskin Florida is the closest place to perfection for family or retirement living.  New houses are going up in many subdivisions in our area.  There are brand new homes for under $160,000 3BR/2BA/2CG AND the builder will pay towards closing costs, etc.  Call Rachel Ayers, Prudential Robertson Realty for the specific inventory homes in Hillsborough or Manatee Counties.  I focus on YOUR needs for YOU.
