NMLS Pass Rates for May Posted!

NMLS has posted the pass rates for the MLO SAFE Test for May as listed below:

National Component first-time test takes is 71%

National Component re-takes is 44% (ouch!)

Aggregate State Component is 79%

Aggregage State re-takes is 60%

Wow those are low scores. I took the National which was a bit tricky but passed. The CA State exam was much easier of course you have to study!

The scores go to show the competency of some of our colleagues.  Many of these people are not new to the business.
