During the month of July I, dotJenna, will be conducting a very thorough analysis of theTop 10 Hottest Bachelors of Real Estatethroughout the US of A. Why am I doing this? Because I can. Because I wear hot pink everyday. Because I stand on my head during my seminars. What I’m saying is I’ve nothing to lose–but so much FUN to gain!

Top 10 Hottest Bachelors in Real Estate Rules

Submit your nominations. You may nominate any US real estate agent, broker or investor to this contest. You may nominate yourself. Girls, be on the look-out for HOT US REAL ESTATE BACHELORS. Ask their permission please before you submit their pics. Nominate your single friends. I will have a release that needs to be signed for each contestant.

There is a reason why Jersey Shore is popular. This type of stuff gets eaten up by people because it strikes a chord with what's really on everyone's minds. Also, it brings a little fun, excitement and competition into your social networks. We DO need to keep things lighthearted and fun!!!

In truth, I'm no a man-eating cougar, but I play up my part simply because it's entertaining and fun. We're in a new day when your content must shock and attract. The reason this works mostly is that no one has had the guts to do anything like this before in real estate.

It's not for everyone. That's fine. As a Social Media Coach & Web Developer catering to the real estate market and small businesses, it fits my venue to a tee--and the results are far better than expected. We're only on day four!!! Weeeeee!!!
