Jon,
I like graphs. Well done. Our market here went into "Buyer's Market", Too much inventory.
Jon,
Interesting info. We still have a heck of a long way to go for a Recovery! Hang tight, the ride isn't over yet.
All the best, Michelle
Very cool! Thanks for doing that! Look at WA DC - wow! Seattle is doing ok...
The charts are "live" so they'll automatically update once a week. Check back to see the latest. :-)

Is there a way you could show links across time period by cites -- e.g so that I could show Chicago quarter by quarter.
Do I have your permission to send this link to a client? He loves the CS Index, and in fact will send me new reports (at 5 am) if I don't send them to him first. You could help me get a tiny edge here!
I don't get it. Most of the markets show that as inventory went down, prices went down. There's something more than supply and demand going on here. It looks like for the most part inventory and prices follow each other positively instead of one going up while the other goes down. Tell me if I'm not seeing the trends correctly.
