THANK YOU -- BRILLIANT POST WITH GREAT LIVE GRAPHS....WILL SUBSCRIBE NOW!

Is there a way you could show links across time period by cites -- e.g so that I could show Chicago quarter by quarter.

Do I have your permission to send this link to a client? He loves the CS Index, and in fact will send me new reports (at 5 am) if I don't send them to him first. You could help me get a tiny edge here!

Truth, Excellence and a Good Deal

I don't get it.  Most of the markets show that as inventory went down, prices went down.  There's something more than supply and demand going on here.  It looks like for the most part inventory and prices follow each other positively instead of one going up while the other goes down.  Tell me if I'm not seeing the trends correctly.
