New Construction Delray Beach - Casa Bella, a Gated Community in Delray Beach
I attended a Brokers' Open yesterday for the gated community of Casa Bella in Delray Beach. Lennar Homes has just come in to finish out this community of 164 single family homes. There are 43 home sites left. There is very little new construction going on these days in Delray Beach or Boca Raton. Casa Bella is an all age communityin Delray but zoned for Boca Raton schools. Casa Bella is also a pet-friendly community.
They have introduced five new model homes:
1) The Arezzo - a single story home with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, family room, breakfast area, covered patio and a 3-car garage with 2264 air conditioned square feet, 3236 total square feet. Prices start at $ 375,990 for the Arezzo.
2) The Barcelona - a single story home with 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, family room, breakfast area, covered patio and a 2-car garage with 2533 air condtioned square feet, 3505 total square feet. Prices for the Barcelona start at $ 399,990.
3) The Malaga - a single story home with 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, family room, breakfast area, covered patio and a 3-car garage with 2913 air conditioned square feet,3846 square feet. Prices for the Malaga start at $ 424,990.
4) The San Remo - a 2-story home with 5 bedrooms, 4 baths, family room, breakfast area with a 3-car garage and 3254 air conditioned square feet, 4089 square feet. Prices for the San Remo start at $ 444,990.
5) TheToscana - a 2-story home with 4 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, family room, breakfast area and 3-car garage with 3466 air conditioned square feet, 4319 total square feet. Prices for the Toscana start at $ 464,990.
Interior features include 18 x 18" ceramic tile in foyer, kitchen, breakfast, family room, dining room, living room and laundry room, double door entry, textured walls, 36" wood cabinets with granite counter tops, stainless steel deluxe GE appliance package with side-by-side refrigerator, glass cook top, built-in oven, built-in microwave, fully integrated dishwasher and recessed lighting.

There was a raffle later on. The highlight of this Brokers' Open for me was that I won a free cruise!
