As most of my AR friends know, I ride my bike for about an hour every day and I've added a new twice a week (or more) stop to my schedule. Jump's Tiny Tavern in Cocoa Beach is a cross between Cheers and your typical Florida beachside watering hole and "Bad Attitudes" are not welcome! The beach is only a 5 minute walk if you feel like catching the ocean breeze with your honey after a Corona. It's a nice alternative to the commercialism of the Cocoa Beach Pier just down the road.
There are a lot of friendly, fun loving locals here. The horseshoe pits are a big attraction and there's a tournament on Saturdays, weather permitting. I love playing horseshoes, so this place is a natural for me! That's my bike by the tree.
Owners Steve and Angel Allen always welcome you with a smile, a handshake and a hug when you walk in the door.
The trio "Strobe-Lite" put on a great show on Friday night. That's me and Steve enjoying the music.
