I got so excited about the extension news and blogged about it (I also blogged a retraction) Goes to show how news can travel.
it hasn't been extended... fortunately I only have 1 more transaction pending that qualified for the tax credit. it is set to close this upcoming week. keeping my fingers crossed.
I've even heard agents whio are confused by this. Thanks for the clarification.
Darn it. Wish it were passed. Hope it is not just like some bad gas that hurts the tummy!
