Yes it is a celebration for Dad today. And it was a good day at that. But there is still one person that seams to be pushed by the way side.
MOM !!
It doesn't matter what holiday is up, MOM is the one up on her feet. Most Dad's are sitting back and tending to the visitors, laughing playing games.
I know that my Mom is at my Dad's beck and call all the time. Dad is confined to a wheel chair and only has the use of one hand. Mom is always at his side for anything he wants no matter how insignificant it is. She always has time for him.
Mom has put herself last nowdays. But that isn't anything new. She has done that all her life.
So today I am saying..Happy Father's Day MOM. I Love You!
