HOW CAN I MAKE YOUR JOB EASIER?

I am an agent in Spring Hill, TN and my main focus is selling new construction homes.  We are a local family owned and operated company that offers great new homes at very affordable prices.  If you know much about this area you would agree.  Currently we are building new homes at the Honey Farm Community starting out at $120k.  A buyer can get a brand new home with 1300 sq. ft for $120k.....all james hardie board exteriors (no vinyl siding)....3 bedrooms...2 baths....2 car garage with 2 remote controls...keyless entry pad....beautiful yards....and much much more.  The builder even offers to pay up to $5000 towards buyers closing cost.  I also work with existing homes and buyers outside of the community so I keep very up to date on what is avaiable for buyers in today's market.  With saying all of that, I often am stuck wondering why some agents would encourage their clients to buy an existing home instead of new construction.  Once I get the opportunity to work with these agents they are so pleased and are so excited to sell another one of our homes.  They express that they were impressed with how easy of a sale it was and basically no stress getting to the closing table and their clients are so happy!  So I wonder why do some agents not want to sell new construction....not our homes nor other top builders homes?  Is there a reason?  I would love to hear your feedback, concern and thoughts with new construction homes?  Also, what can I do to help make your job easier?
