Karen, nice info. We may move to the Denver area someday if the kids decide to move there. Not because of our adult kids, but the little ones would 'force' us to move...
Look at the spread between average list price and average sales price. Looks like the lower end of the market is selling best. We have some large inventories above $500K here in southern Florida.
