Renter's Insurance

The nice thing about renting is the benefit of not worrying about most kinds of insurances. This is left to the owner of the property.  One kind of insurance you should consider if you are renting is renter's insurance.  This is inexpensive insurance designed to protect your personal belongings in case there is water damage or some other accident.  Ask your insurance carrier about getting coverage for hurricanes as well. The owners insurance will not include your belongings.
