Hi, I am Cameron Justice and I am a Realtor with Realty World Epitome Realty in Norfolk Va. I found this thirty year historical interest rate graph to be very enlightling, I hope that you do as well. It sure is nice to know that interest rates are still historically lower than they have been in twenty five years. Historical Interest Rates

Cameron - Welcome to Active Rain. I found your chart interesting and I hate to admit it, but my husband and I bought our first house before that chart starts tracking. Rates were even higher than 13.40 prior to 1983 and we have bought and sold in all of those markets. So, when people complain about the interest rate being so high, we have to chuckle... what goes up, must come down and vise-versa.
