That was very good Anita. I heard a bit of an echo but it wasn't bad. Speaking of staging, the picture in the video was off set, but I do understand you don't want the viewers paying more attention to the staging than the stager! Great job. 1000 times better than my first one...

I am working on blogging and v-logging more often. It gives potential clients a feel for who I am as opposed to words on a page.
I dont' remember how many times I shot this but it's better than exercising my usual analysis paralysis as my husband says and doing nothing.
I smile often, no matter how rough things are it could certainly be worse.
I'm standing in the stairwell and trust me the woman in the painting is stunning, I'm not competing with her!
Anita, this is a great idea. As you mentioned, it's much more intersting to hear the benefits of staging from an actual person, rather than just reading a list. You're charming personality is really shining through.

Great video. Only tip for the future, try not to look too scared. Sometimes you look like you are afraid of the camera, and you shouldn't, you look great!
