This week we deal with Government programs to help home owners in distress. We talk about HAFA, loan modification and little know home refinance. All three have government programs associated with them. We give out web sites and phone numbers to call. We also deal with leasing and some of the things buyers need to be wary of. At the end of the show we talk about properties we have for sale.
