Paul, Looks like your guys are doing things the right way to insure a quality product for the new home buyers! It always amazes me when flippers roll out carpet and put in a new sink, but don't fix the roof or have the electical where it needs to be! And isn't it great to know a buyer's inspector can come in and everything will check out?! That is a true renovation! Best regards,
