San Clemente, California Fiesta Fair

So do you have plans on Sunday?  Are your kids making you want to pull your hair out by repeatedly saying that they're bored?  Well I've got something that will be fun for the whole family.  On Sunday, August 12th, San Clemente is hosting their annual Fiesta Fair.  It takes place on Avenida Del Mar and is sponsored by the Chamber of Commerce.  The street will be filled with games, food booths, a Salsa Challenge and live music ranging from tribute bands to local garage rock bands.  Because the city is expecting 15,000 people to attend parking will be tough.  Therefore, a free shuttle service has been set up at San Clemente High School at 700 Avenida Pico.  It is currently scheduled to run every 1/2 hour so plan on giving yourself some extra time. Hours for the Fair are 9a.m.-7p.m.  Directions to San Clemente High:  From 5 South exit at Avenida Pico and turn rt onto Pico school is on your right.  From 5 North exit Avenida Pico, turn left, go under the freeway and the school is located on your right hand side.
