Foreclosure Friday! This week I decided to add HUD homes into our viewing. There is a different process to use to purchase HUD homes than purchasing one that is owned by a bank. I have a special key to go view HUD homes. Then you have an on line offer that you make. All bids are reviewed at the same time and the home "awarded" to the bider that gives HUD the most net $$. It is as simple and as complicated as that. I will try to give you some clues about the process as the weeks go on.
