All over the internet, TV, Active rain and signs everywhere we see short sale- short sale - short sale! It seems to some that this is the new normal in real estate deals. We all must have had at least one that we have completed - we hope - by now. When will it end? ? ? So many hoops to jump through, waiting to be done and ucertainanty in the whole process. I just sit back and am thankful for those deals that are CASH!!!!! and are easily closed. If only we had more of those our lives would be much simplier! Have a great weekend!

I so agree. The easy ones that occasionally come along give us hope that this business actually DOES work. We deserve an easy one now and then, as most have at least one big problem or another.
