very affordable website option/ need business affiliates to link to

Over the past year, I have been focusing spare time into developing marketing websites for Reverse Mortgages.  I did a lot of research and found website designers offering websites from anywhere from $2000 with a monthly charge of about $2000 to direct traffic there, to $10,000!  I figured there had to be a better more efficient way.  After a friend of mine showed me how to set up a completely free CMS or Content Management System onto a domain name that I purchased.  I used Ridesigns.com and heard that Godaddy.com is just as easy to use.  I spoke to a few people that were amazed that there is a free CMS system out there and they claimed that getting a CMS system and website designed should cost over $5,000, and you can actually do it yourself for under $100

You can check out www.concrete5.org to find this great free CMS system that allows you to login and add content, and the main reason I'm posting is that I saw they just unrolled a Realtor Add on (they do charge $125 fpr this add on) which allows realtors to post their properties with photos and virtual tours.  There are alot of free add on's like adding music or differnt skins for your background.  You can get photos from www.istockphoto.com or post your own.
