Of course you would. This is why you need our team as your personal and family real estate consultant. See most people think they just need a Realtor when they are thinking about buying or selling a home. Besides being able to keep you up to date on the real estate market for free. ( a very important thing to do) Team Momentum has an extensive network of professionals we work with, when we add some one to our referral network we interview them extensively and more than often meet with them and talk with their references as well. Often we have worked with them directly in the course of serving our clients as well and have first hand experience with the kind of service they give. Why does this matter to you? Well since you do not work in the business and your time is devoted to your vocation. With our team as your real estate consultants you have access to the service providers you would have in your pocket if you did Real Estate full time for years and years, with out having to do so.
Let's say your roof starts leaking for instance. What do you do? Do you grab the yellow pages and hope you get some one good? Do you invest lots of time getting bids and then hope you are choosing the best person? Better yet, call some one who has years of experience in Real Estate, who has a network of more people who have years in Real Estate and who knows who you likely should be calling. Maybe you even get more than just a referral, maybe you get more information on how to choose a roofer as well as how to make your roof last longer.
On top of this, since the roofer ( or contractor, or pest control operator, or plumber or landscaper, you get the idea) knows that they need to take really good care of you, because they have accountability to our team since we send them other business, business they would like to keep getting. In many cases because of this they will give our team's clients preferred treatment. (like you might get the last appointment they have open rather than some one who just called out of the yellow pages) Some of these professionals even discount their services some what for our clients....so if you need any one who works on anything related to your home, please call our team or email us and we will be glad to refer some one great to you. If we do not have some one who fills the bill then we will invest the time in the interview process and we will likely use our existing network of realtors we work with to get a short list of people who are great in the first place too....and not only may we save you hours of time doing this task, we may even save you money too....and no we don't charge for this service, this is just part of being your real estate consultant.
So next time you get an email from us or a call or a post card to help us stay in touch, realize we work for you for free until you need to buy or sell a home with us. We charge for that. Of course if you are buying likely the seller will pay for most or all of our fees. If you are selling, well since listed homes sell for an average of 13% more than unlisted ones and we charge between 5.5%-7%...well you can do the math. We are here to help whether you are ready to do a transaction or not. Our team is here to stay, we like to work with our clients over the years often long before they are ready to actually hire us to sell or buy a home and whether you are ready to do so or not, we are here to serve.
