Last month I had one of my clients, a Real Estate Professional, call me in a complete panic. She just returned from holidays on a Sunday and was driving into Canmore from the Calgary airport (a 45 minute drive) when one of her clients gave her a call. They had been looking around open houses over the weekend and had decided that they wanted to purchase one of the properties they had seen, as well as list their house. Of course they wanted to do it RIGHT NOW!
My client had her children with her and there was no way she could sit down and write up the proper paperwork in before her meeting. Here's where I came in ... as we had a prior relationship established I said "Be cool and when you get to your office, I will have all the paperwork for you". She made the appointment with her clients, calmly and safely drove the rest of the way home and 30 minutes later she opened her inbox and there was a file with all the paper work necessary to list her clients home and purchase their potential home, she printed it all and was off to her meeting in no time flat.
So, HERE'S TO SERVICE!!!
P.S - The offer was accepted and their home sold quickly. A happy ending for everyone.
