The University of the Virgin Islands "Great Hall" was home to the First Annual "St. Croix Board of REALTORS Buyer's Summit". In attendance were REALTORS, Appraisers, Mortgage Lenders, Surveyors, Property Management Credit/Credit Repair Companies, Home Inspector and a local attorney as speakers and presenters providing a wealth of information for Home Buyer's. A local lender provided lunch both days and is offering information to prospective home buyers.
I have provided valuable information in my presentation booth to prospective buyers. I am also assisting a few people with specific questions they had for some complex situations they are involved in in their current real estate. That is what a REALTOR does and I do that quite well. I offer a great wealth of resources to my clients and customers even after the transaction closes.
Today will bring a close to the Home Buyer Summit and tomorrow will open the door to new relationships. These relationships have formed from the contacts I have made from this Summit. Today is about working smarter, not harder. When you live on a small island and there are many REALTORS, you must define your goals and create the happy balance in making your business shine in the eyes of prospective clients and/or customers.
Cheers to new relationships and thank you St. Croix Board of REALTORS for providing this opportunity for me open the door to new clients and customers.
