Trees

Trees are not only good for your environment but also add some value to your property. You can also locate them strategically around your property to help block the wind and also give you shade in the summer. I have planted over five hundred so far around my property. My trees were all purchased from the DNR here in Indiana at a low price. This price is based on buying in lots of one hundred or buying special packages made by the DNR for wind protection, attracting and feeding wildlife, and for Timber. When planting a lot of trees in rows it is easier to use a trencher. I was able to plant fourteen rows at a length of two hundred-fifty feet long in one day. It was a long day but my wife and I did get it completed. Other ways is to dig with a shovel or use a post hole digger.  The bigger you can make the hole the better, and use humus or fertilizer.
