I have been a member of Active Rain for almost a year and with this blog I should go over 100,000 points. This blog has helped me learn alot about blogging and alot about real estate too. I have met alot of really nice agents and brokers. I have even gotten referrals and clients. This has opened my eyes to a world I did not even know existed.

I notice that the more you're on AR, the easier it is to rack points. More people know you, and you get more points for your blogs as it becomes easier to find people to leave comments. Plus, you get a better idea how to blog to people's general interests.
