Most people we talk to have more than one email address they like to receive emails to or have a significant other/family member that wants to be included. Up until recently I was copying pasting email addresses for other family members/spouses into the "To:" category in Top Producer. This was both time consuming and inefficient. Another agent in our office showed me a better way. In Top Producer 8i, there is a box you can check when composing a Mass Email - when you click the "To:" box and do a search for the contacts you want to send your mass email out to, at the very bottom there is a box you can check:
I just sent out a weekly update this morning to all of our seller clients (about 25) and it took me a matter of 15-20 minutes to contact them all with the use of merge codes and the mass email function. What a great tool to help become more efficient!
