Celebrate the 25th anniversary of Addison's KaboomTown on July 3rd in Addison Circle Park.
This free event is more than just fireworks. Come early (5:00 pm) and stay late (midnight) to avoid the traffic.
Here's the lineup for the main stage entertainment:
5:00 PM 1st Division Calvary Band - Ft. Hood
6:30 PM Studio 54
8:15 PM Dallas Wind Symphony
9:35 PM Fireworks (approx. time)
10:00 PM Cinema in the Circle: Ferris Bueller's Day Off
Additionally, aircraft from World War I, World War II and beyond will do flyovers, simulcast with live narration on KRLD 1080 AM.
Bring a cooler or purchase from the concession booths and don't forget blankets and lawn chairs. See you there on Saturday night!
KaboomTown is ranked as one of the best fireworks events in the US and draws thousands to Addison, Texas for the evening.
(Note: The Arapaho Bridge will be closed from 11:30 am on July 3, through the fireworks show (approximately 10:00 pm). Arapaho will re-open after the fireworks. Lindbergh Drive will be closed from approximately 9 p.m. until 10:30 p.m. The Addison Airport Toll Tunnel will be one way westbound from approximately 9:30 p.m. - 11:30 p.m. To avoid the traffic after the fireworks, plan to stay for the movie in the park.)
