I am always asked what to do to get my home ready to sell. I feel there a many ways to add value with a lot of elbow grease and time. First off is to paint your front door. I frequently repaint front doors for my rental properties when the exterior is pressure washed * it REALLY helps make the front entry look clean and fresh

Your so right!  We always tell everyone, your front door should never be the same color as your house color or your garage doors.  Most people answer..."Really?"   Sad thing is, when you drive around, majority of houses in our area are not painted.  One house at a time :o)
