Exciting plans are in the works for the new community called "Roswell East".

- Untouched natural borders creating a green buffer for the Martin's Landing community and the Chattahoochee River.
- Tree-lined sidewalks connecting the parks, plazas and neighborhoods within Roswell East, creating a gathering place for the city.
