Is the 100 DOM club a good thing or a bad thing?

Las Sendas Homes for Sale Trailhead Members Club I have this facebook page that I set up to keep people informed about Las Sendas in Mesa Arizona. It's a pretty nice community and there is a wide price range that makes it really nice. (www.facebook/lassendas)

I noticed that the homes that sell have a tendency to move pretty quickly when they hit the market but wouldn't it make sense that at 100 days, a home may be ripe enough for the picking?

So, I created a 100 Club for homes in this planned community to give them an extra push to help get them off of the market. Some of these homes are just downright gorgeous and deserve to pass hands where everyone is smiling.

What's your take? Would you as a seller want the extra push or not?

I like the idea of pointing out a great home that may have been overlooked. Bringing attention to a home that is worth seeing may help to get it sold. I am finding homes now where tenants want a 48 hour notice or not being able to get the lockbox code in a timely fashion and this difficulty may cause extra days on market for a wonderfully priced home worth buying but difficult to see. Lengthy days on market doesn't necessarily mean the property should be discounted. I think the Sellers would be thankful for any attention that can get their property sold. Good idea, Mark!!
