Wateford subdivision in Daphne, Alabama is breathing new life with the help of local investors and developers, like Colony Homes & Wright Homes & Designs. The investors paid $1.47 million for 74 of the 82 total lots. After nearly two years of dormancy, this once bank-owned subdivision now has seven homes under construction and more set to start.
