I got a call at Noon on a very hot and steamy Sunday from a Realtor that found me from a Google Search (thank you A/R !!). She was going on vacation and just got a call from a couple who had a little bungalow that had been listed for 6 months and the contract had expired. The Sellers were desperate to sell as they bought their dream home and were so disappointed the house had not sold.

I finished the staging at 4:30 on Thursday afternoon, on a 110 degree day in Connecticut's hottest week. Tammy was rushing around to complete her To Do List before leaving for Maine, finishing the MLS listing late that night. So on Friday, off she went to enjoy the Old Orchard Beach sand and sea, while the MLS did it's magic with the help of CT Realty Staging.
This 1054 Square Foot Bungalow sold in 6 days and for about what their asking price. What a treat for me!! This was my second of 3, yes three in less than a month.. Not bad for a Newbie!!! I love my "Last Career" and can't understand why I didn't take this leap of faith before...
