This morning former Fed chairman Alan Greenspan said on CNBC "there is clearly a short term fear factor that is preventing small business from hiring".
Greenspan suggests that if the regulatory system is going to squeeze the financial industry and the profitability of Wall Street we may find problems emerging on Main Street.
He asks the question, "will we overdue the regulatory structure" and tells us "All our risk management systems broke down".
