It was to hot to go outside yesterday so I took out my DVD of "FACING THE GIANTS" and popped it in the DVD player as I worked on letters and emails. I was fortunate to be able to see this movie premier in Montgomery, Alabama some time back. I highly recommend this movie.
There is an illustration of two farmers during a draught. One sat around wating for rain and the other prepared his fields for rain. The old gentleman, in the movie, asked the Coach, who felt as if he were a failure and had lost all hope, "Which one are you?".
I ask you all this same question, "Which one are you?"
When the Housing Market picks up, I'm gona to be ready! How many ears of corn come from one seed? How many seeds come from one stalk?
Hang in there! Prepare for rain! Plant a seed everyday!
One of my favorite verses is Psalm 81:10: "Open your mouth wide and I will fill it." You can't fill a bucket that is turned upside down and your sitting on it waiting for rain.
