Wadmalaw Island, SC.......After 7 years on the market and averaging two showings a year, we sold this waterfront estate for $2,650,000 in front of 12 bidders.
Boone, NC.....................215 people inquired and 68 groups previewed this home in the mountains and it sold for $1,500,000 in front of 11 bidders.
Conifer, CO....................84 groups came to preview this remote mountain property and it sold for $1,570,000 with 9 bidders participating.
Southern Shores, NC.........50 groups came to the five day open house preview sessions and the house sold for $1,775,000.
