As a Realtor, we sometimes get asked questions regarding our real estate business, without any consideration to our compensation. Have you ever been asked to do a CMA or provide services free of charge? If we get disgruntled or refuse sometimes we may not be looking at the big picture. Word of mouth is the greatest referral source we can generate. So by providing these "extra" services we may ultimately find ourselves with new customers as a result.
