I am happy to announce that I previewed Sagewood At Spencer’s Crossing by Richmond American Homes yesterday in Murrieta, CA. These homes will have a Murrieta, CA address but will still be part of French Valley, CA. Sagewood At Spencer’s Crossing is located just off of Winchester Rd and Max Gillis Rd. These homes will be part of the great and distinguished Murrieta Valley School District. Their in-house lender is offering HUGE incentives…..30-yr fixed rate mortgages at 4.25% with a $10,000 buyer’s credit. I’m adding to the incentives….anyone interested in these homes will be offered a $1,500 credit from me at close of escrow. The first phase is being released to the public starting July 3, 2010. Only five homes will be released in phase 1. These homes will be move-in ready by the end of September.

Many other options and upgrades are included with this home. Two of these models will be released in phase 1 priced at $313,540 and $323,540.
Sagewood At Spencer’s Crossing will be a great place to call home. They will be part of a Home Owner’s Association (HOA). The monthly HOA fee is only $130 which includes an Association Pool/Spa/Recreation Room and Playground. Information regarding additional amenities will be available in the near future.
