This is not a trade program, strictly a loan, must have a strong exit strategy.

(Gold mines, Coal mines, etc) As long as you can prove ownership of either land or have rights to in ground assets we may be able to help you, provided you have the current documentation, (Geological survey, leasing contract, any other supporting docs)
No upfront fee to submit, however the lender will incur some expenses (site visit, and to meet with the client, third party expenses such as attorney fees to review leases, etc) (everything will be in term sheet, don't worry the cost will be 15K or less, this is paid only if you are ready to move forward)
Term 1-3 Years
Lending Area USA only
Loan Size $1 Million to $150 Million
Interest Rate Between 10% and 19%
Amortization Interest Only with no prepayment penalty
Funding Fee Between 0% and 4% taken at closing
Closing Terms Closing as fast as 4-8 weeks
