I am glad I primarily work in Ada County. Canyon County has some incredible buys still but the inventory is pretty scary and the vacant land to build on tells me the blood letting hasn't stopped yet.

Jim, The average price in Ada County makes for better paychecks. There is a larger supply of inventory over there though..
