News Sources For Gold Canyon Arizona Snowbirds

By
Real Estate Broker/Owner with Benjamin Realty LLC

Many residents of Gold Canyon Arizona and surrounding areas of Apache Junction are seasonal residents. The summer population is actually about a half of what the winter population is. If a resident is not seasonal many year round people at least go away for the hot days of summer. (Oh those 110+ temp days!)

If you are away and want to stay in touch with the local news here are a couple links to local newspapers so you can keep up on the happenings while you are away.

Of course don't forget to keep checking into our blogs and the calender section of our websites as we post a lot of local information and news there -- sometimes things you will not find in the publications above.

Whatever your plans for the summer, try and stay cool, drink lots of water and enjoy.

And oh - by the way -- we are here in Arizona for the summer - ready to help with your real estate needs. Give us a call.

What a great idea for your seasonal residents!  Even though they are not there during those hot summer months it is great to stay on top of what happens that may impact them when they return for the winter!

Hi Bob & Carolin! I can imagine why there are so many seasonal residents. We on the East Coast have been seeing temps about there -- but we have humidity. A week, and we are done. I can't imagine a summer! Phew!

What a great idea for them to be able to keep in touch with happenings while they are gone. Great job!
