7 Easy Ways to get More Leads From Your Website

By
Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams Realty

If you’re trying to get more real estate leads, the bad news is you have millions of competitors.

The good news is most of them suck lemons.

The same problems come up again and again, keeping real estate and mortgage consultants from building a real audience for what they have to say. So how about you?

If you understand online real estate marketing, there’s one action you want your readers to take. Most of agents who market real estate online, use a single word to convince readers to take this action. They use a dirty word because they seen it on other agents website.

What Is That Dirty 9 Letter Word?

Subscribe.

A month ago,  a light bold went if in my head as I was trying to figure out ways to increase my opt-ins for my website. Most of the time, subscriptions cost money. Think about that for a second. It’s jarring, especially if you’ve spent the past few months or even years incessantly asking your readers to subscribe.

2 Phrases You Can Use Instead “Subscribe”

1. Get Instance Access:  This is being used by real estate marketer Greg Clement which he states has increased his opt-ins by 640% increase in opt-ins and he uses scribble graphics fonts to direct readers eyes. Click Here to view it.

2. Continue: This is used to perfection by Adam Short, from Niche Profit Classroom. His opt-in always incorporates video explanation and he uses two other key words on his main page. Click here to view it.

For Greg Clement’s website he breaks down exactly why most real estate websites are actually terrible at getting and converting traffic into leads.

It is an excellent report that will tell.

I guarantee you'll increase your conversions, which is going to make you more profitable, and more visible too. For example, these past 2 weeks, I’ve seen a 40% increase in my opt-ins using what I learned.

I wrote two guest article for a real estate website. In one article I place a link that went directly to my website, I received only 2 opt-ins. The next article to the same website, I place a link that went to a squeeze page, I received over 25 new prospective real estate investors.

6 More Ways To Get Your Website To Generate More Leads

Here are just some of the things the report covers:

1.  The best source of traffic for real estate websites in the social media world
2.  How to increase conversions on your website by over 800% with less than a handful of small tweaks
3.  Why most people are trying to force a "square peg in a round hole" with their online marketing efforts
4.  How to use "performance lifts" like integrated video to get people to raise their hand and beg to work with you
5.  Why your opt-in box should be "above the fold" on most websites to increase results - how this alone can double your conversions...

Definitely, download it and read it now or later because it has some great information!

Looks like great info Kendall and I have bookmarked it.  For now, I did go to Greg's site and I can see how this type of online presence would be great (if it worked properly,) except that when his squeeze box site says it is going to send you an email that you need to confirm before going forward - no email comes.  I'm sure it is just a little flaw in the system.

Thanks for the great tips, that is really good news, I don't mind a little competition but I sure don't want to be boxed out of the market.

@ Kristen: Maybe it takes a few minutes for the email comes with the link to his pdf report. Let me by tomorrow if you got it, if you don't send me a direct email to Publicrelations-at-HomeEssential.com and I will hook you up.

Here's an example of how I started to use squeeze pages for my guest articles... www.InvestmentRealEstateCorner.com/FreeWholeSaleReport.htm

So far, I've gotten the most subscribers out of using this technique combined with article marketing.

Thank you for this info.  I just downloaded Greg's report last night and I'm glad I fould your post.  We get so much info from different sources.  It is good to find a fellow Realtor to "endorse" the info or at least let you know that it is legit.
