The Liberties of a Real Estate Entrepreuner

Services for Real Estate Pros with Real Skillz-Clear Marketing for Your Real Estate Vision

The daily grind of a career in real estate can be exhausting.  Your clients and vendors needs (and sometimes Independence is what Americans treasuredemands) may seem never ending. The hustle and bustle of real estate starts at the listing or home buying purchase and doesn't end with each transaction until it closes.

You might say a career choice in real estate is truly suited for a few determined souls.

Living in the land of the brave

A Real estate career is not all a tale of woe

It is a choice both of career and lifestyle

It has it's challenges but is rewarded by it's freedoms

Today let us celebrate and remember

The liberties of a real estate entrepreneur are many,

The ability to set your own hours.

The challenge of expanding your services to fit the needs of your current marketplace.

The creation of self wealth and self funded retirement.

The reality that you run your career and choose the direction of your career path.

The satisfaction of mentoring new recruits and watching them build their own businesses.

The joy of knowing you are helping to facilitate and coordinate home ownership- The American Dream.

The choice of hours you put on the street and the times you decide to stay home.

The choice to grow new skills and maintain those of old.

The knowledge that you are taking a risk.

The determination that keeps your wheels on the road.

The power to grow and give back to your local communities.

You are

An entrepreneur

Your freedom

These are the liberties of a real estate entrepreneur

Can you think of more liberties you have as a real estate entrepreuner?  Please share by commenting below.

John and Curt- You's easy to get wrapped up in the day in and day out and sometimes take for granted the perks and benefits of working in this industry.

Chris- Good idea.  I didn't think of recruiters as I wrote this but you are spot on.

Rebecca, today I chose to stay off the street after an early morning pre-drywall inspection. It was one of those days where I needed to just lay low and recharge. Tomorrow is another day and an entrepreneur again I will be!

Rebecca, wonderful post. And perfect time to have it 'refreshed' with labor day weekend coming. . .

I loved being able to be home to put my children on the school bus, my husband was home when they got off. Daycare became minimal and if they were sick, I didn't have to call my supervisor at work and take a personal day, vacation day or use a sick day of my own. Keep in mind my boys are mid 20's so business was a little different back then - seemed like more nights and weekends.

I read someone's post last week (apology for not remembering who) and this quote stood out and fits right in with your post. "if it's meant to be, it's up to me" I printed it as a banner and it's over my doorway in the office, evry time I glance up - there it is as a reminder.
