Celebrate Independence Day at Albert C. Miller Memorial Park at 220 Miller Way off Waterloo Blvd & Rt 100 in Exton, West Whiteland Township 2010. The township always have it the weekend after the 4th of July. I only assume they know many of people go to the beach the week for July 4th holiday. So they want people to be around to celebrate and enjoy the concert & fireworks display. I hope this answer your question.
