I used to live on Gunshot Pass Drive, in Colorado Springs. I was in the USAF and liked it there but I had to move on because of a tragedy in my family. I rented my house through a property mgmt. company for awhile and then decided to sell it because of calls from neighbors about tall grass, beer brewing noises coming from the garage all hours of the night, etc.. I was out that way two years ago. The area sure has grown there since I left there in the summer of 1991.  With the military there at least you have a pretty steady buyer/seller list. Keep up the good work!
