Go Fast On The Bypass

Anyone who lives in the Proctorville area already knows about the new bypass that gives people a choice between driving through Proctorville (the old way) or around Proctorville (the new way).  If you're driving to Athalia, Crown City or beyond, the bypass can save quite a bit of time.  New homes in those areas are being built regularly now that they are only a 15 minute commute away.  I'm predicting rising values to homes in those formerly "rural" areas.  More to come...
