Ten Realtor Reasons to get GLAD about an IPAD...Okay, the more I check out the IPAD concept, the more I get fascinated. The only hesitation I have is that I need the storage capacity to increase which it does every year without fail. So, I am sending Santa Claus a note while it is still warm at the North Pole. I am also doing the visualization like it talks about in "The Secret." I'm also taping it to to my nose as a year end goal. One way or another, it is in the forefront of my thoughts because:
1. One gadget hosts all your Kindle and Nook Books.
2. The same gadget hosts your iTunes Collection.
3. Top Producer 8i is doing the beta testing on an iphone application.
4. It works with my MLS System for Buyer appointments.
5. Realtor.com has an excellent iphone application.
6. It has an awesome Powerpoint type presentation for listing appointments.
7. It has Google Maps for more cool Realtor tools on the move.
8. Docusign wrote an article today that their esign product works with it.
9. It fits in your purse and is on in a FLASH...no wait time.
10. Verizon recent rumors abound again that the iphone will be coming down the pike in this lifetime.
