Me and my shadow! [sounds like a song title ;-) ]

As Peter Pan discovered he wasn't whole until he had his shadow back. He did it too, with support. Well my shadow is my past and how it affects what I do today. What in my past helps me be a good real estate agent? I will try to expand on that for you.

Eductaion:I have four university degees, two at the masters level. I embrace the manadatory educational continueing education of RECO. It is important to be constantly learning, constantly keeping up with new developments in our business. I believe that I can serve my clients well because I keep my knowledge current.

Determined. For anyone who has gone to school knows how difficult it is at times to get to work and be determined and dilegent. Well, I have too. I am patient and do not rush my clients or try to push properties on them that I am partial to.  I am prepared to take the time necessary to help clients find the home that best surits their life style. That is what home buying is all about. You want a residence that inhances your life style individually and as a family. It is important before you begin for each memeber of the family lists the most important activities. We, me and the client(s), take the lists and set up a priority list. That list is used when a home is selected for viewing.  If it is on the money we go, if not we don't. HOWEVER, IT IS IMPORTANT TO REMEMBER THAT THE PERFECT HOUSE DOESN'T EXIST. EACH PROPERTY COMES WITH POSITIES AND NEGATIVES. THE DECISION IS SLECTING THE HOUSE THAT HAS THE COMBINATION OF STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES YOU CAN LIVE WITH OR IMPROVE UPON ONCE YOU OWN YOUR NEW HOME.

Personal Service  I keep a short list of clients. I pride myself in giving personal service. When you work with me as buyer or seller you work wiht me and not an assistant. Too many clients at one time spreads my time to thinly.

Cash Back  I hate contest, especially as they are used so widely now to con people into some form of action that benefits the advertiser. Unfortuneatly for in contests there is one winner and a lot of losers. Every client wins with my cash back programme. You get a cash refund, from me. after closing.  House Calls  This is important for everyone but more so for tamillies with little children. I can work in your home on your computer. We can do instant searches,make instant decision, and make instant appointments on homes you want to see. I can do this when a time in convenient for both of us.

Signs My signs have floresctent sections on them so they stand out in the car lights making you propery stand out at night. I also use a web based information number on the sign that gives information on only your home.

Bonus  I kow everyone will understand this because of my teaching back ground. If you work for a school board in any capacity I have  a bonus after closing.
